The Northeast Dreams Car Club is an organazation to try and be the best car club around. If you were to join the only money you would have to give is for your shirt and atleast one decal on your car for now(our requirements may change). You pick your own number and then you'll be voted in. The Northeast Dreams Car Club will be official but we will try to keep it as unofficial as we can. The only way we will go fully official is if we must.
